After a two year hiatus, we are pleased to re-introduce our Affordable Counselling Program to meet the needs of Cowichan Valley adults, children, teens, families and couples. Safe, confidential, supportive counselling is presently available via Zoom only while we do our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. In person counselling sessions will resume when it is safe to do so.

Our goal is to provide affordable therapeutic counselling by creating a safe space that fosters the growth and increased wellness of individuals, couples, and families.  People may seek counselling support at different times in their lives for different reasons. Our certified counsellors are here to provide guidance and compassion, paired with effective active listening and evidence based research strategies to assist clients in making informed choices.

We offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy. The cost per 50 minute session is $60 plus $3 GST. Etransfers in the amount of $63 can be sent to cmhacvb @ cmha.bc.ca in advance of your session. Receipts will be sent to you by mail.
