Bounce Back® is offered to youth aged 13-18 years, with anxiety and mild to moderate depression. The program is free of charge and physician referrals are no longer required. Self referral can be done through the link below:
The Bounce Back® For Adults program adapted the workbooks so that they are youth focused and help individuals to “bounce back” from low mood, stress and anxiety.
Bounce Back® features self-help components such as video, workbooks with telephone coaching and an online self-guided program to teach effective skills to help overcome symptoms of depression and improve mental health. Participants can learn skills to help combat unhelpful thinking, manage worry and anxiety, and become more active and assertive.
