Bounce Back® is offered to youth aged 13-18 years, with anxiety and mild to moderate depression. The program is free of charge and physician referrals are no longer required. Self-referral can be done through the link below:
The Bounce Back® For Adults program adapted the workbooks to be youth-focused and help individuals to “bounce back” from low mood, stress, and anxiety.
Bounce Back® features self-help components such as videos, workbooks with telephone coaching, and an online self-guided program to teach effective skills to help overcome symptoms of depression and improve mental health. Participants can learn skills to help combat unhelpful thinking, manage worry and anxiety, and become more active and assertive.
